COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES | VICTORIA BC PROFESSIONAL PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHER

I continue to monitor local, provincial, and federal guidelines to ensure I have policies and procedures in place to protect you.

Here are the steps I’m taking to help keep you safe:

Studio Sessions

MASK POLICY

  • Please arrive at my home studio wearing a mask. Once we are ready to begin capturing you, you can remove your mask and I will maintain a distance of 6 ft or more when capturing your headshots.

  • I will let you know when your headshot session is complete to reattach your face mask for exiting the studio.

INCREASED CLEANING

  • I am sanitizing all high-touch areas and washing my hands before and after working with each client.

  • Clients are asked to wash their hands or use the available alcohol-based sanitizer upon entering the studio.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

  • I will be wearing a mask at all times to keep you safe

  • I will maintain a distance of 6 ft or more when capturing your headshots

  • Clients are asked to enter the studio alone, if possible (friends and family will be asked to wait outside)

  • I will be refraining from handshakes and physical contact

SICK POLICY

  • I am regularly monitoring my health and will contact you immediately to reschedule your session if I develop any Covid-related symptoms

  • Please contact me to cancel or reschedule your session if you are experiencing any Covid-19 related symptoms. Common symptoms include:

    • Fever

    • Runny nose

    • New or worsening cough

    • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

    • Chills

    • Muscle or body aches

    • Headache

    • Feeling very unwell

    • Tiredness

  • Cancellation and rescheduling fees are waived for the duration of the pandemic

Outdoor Sessions

SOCIAL DISTANCING

  • I will use a long lens to maintain a distance of 6 ft or more when capturing your session

  • I will be refraining from handshakes and physical contact and will direct you from a safe distance

  • I will also have a mask to use and am happy to wear it for the duration of our time together if this is your preference. Please let me know.

INCREASED CLEANING

  • I will bring wet wipes and hand sanitizer to each outdoor session and will use the items before and after the session.
